If it’s something I have time or ability to do, I will ask for an email with a 30 second video or a few pictures.

“Can you walk me through your process”

SITE WALKS: are $100/hr. In that hour I will understand the scope of work and give you my professional opinion about how to navigate the repair.

BID WORK: if a job is something I've done many times and the scope is easily understood, I can give you a price that includes the legwork of sourcing material.

CUSTOM WORK: You have a budget but you don’t know how far it will go. What window trim you use on the inside depends on how much the windows cost to replace. You need a professional to help you get the most from your resources and develop a budget. That’s ok. We will work on a time and material basis.
